Subject: BOCC Meeting Tomorrow

All,

The County Website is going under renovation for accessibility issues. The County must make documents and videos accessible to disabled individuals; therefore the BOCC meeting will NOT be livestreamed. Livestreaming will be disabled until closed captioning can be activated. All documents will be put into a format accessible by disabled individuals, therefore, some documents will not be available on the website until the conversion is complete.

Members of the public who request access to the Agenda, Supporting Documents etc. will be directed to call the County Administrator’s office staff for further assistance.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding while we convert the website to an improved service for all our citizens.

I will provide an more in depth discussion during the Board meeting tomorrow.
