Onsite/Offsite Remote Video Visitation

 

**ALL OFFSITE AND ONSITE VIDEO VISITATION IS MONITORED AND RECORDED**

**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY OR TERMINATE ANY VISIT**

     

            Video visitation will allow friends and family to visit with an inmate onsite (in visitation room) or offsite (on personal phone/tablet/computer) through the Gettingout  and VisitNow video applications. This visitation system will be similar to FaceTime or Skype call. Mobile tablets are provided within the living areas, and are accessible to the general population. The use of these devices is a privilege.

 

            Inmates may have 60 minutes free per week. Any additional visit will cost $0.25 per minute service charge. Visitors must register through the app, online at www.gettingout.com or at the jail lobby kiosk before being able to schedule visits.

 

            Offsite visitation will be available starting at 7am and ending at 9pm Monday-Sunday. Additional daily off times are as follows: 12:00pm -1:00pm   5:30pm-6:30pm  

           

            Onsite video visitation will be Monday-Friday 3:00pm-5:00pm excluding the following holidays:

 

New Year’s Day

Labor Day

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Veteran’s Day

Good Friday

Thanksgiving

Memorial Day

Christmas

Independence Day

New Year’s Day

 

 

       Visitors-Please note: In order to participate in onsite/offsite video visitation the Visitation Requirements listed below must be followed.

 

  1. Onsite visitors must be present at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled visitation to register and/or sign in.

  2. Onsite visitors must have picture I.D. that contains current address & date of birth. (This includes all state D.L. & I.D. cards. We will also accept military and school I.D.s. This does not include picture credit cards, wholesale clubs, and etc.)

  3. Juveniles must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for onsite and offsite visitation.

  4. Purses, cell phones, cameras etc., must be left in your vehicle during onsite visitation.**FOOD, DRINK, TOBACCO IN ANY FORM ARE NOT PERMITTED**

  5. If you enter the onsite visitation area- you are not permitted to leave and return. If you leave the visitation area your visit will be terminated.

  6. Onsite/Offsite visitation clothing for adults and children must not be revealing or obscene in any way.

    1. Children are to be fully dressed at all times and follow the same dress code as adults.

    2. Shorts, skirts, and dresses must be below the knee.

    3. All shirts (blouses) must have sleeves. All shirts (blouses) must not show cleavage, stomach area, or be see-through.

    4. Pants, dresses, skirts, tops are not to be skin tight.

    5. **If dress code is not followed onsite and/or offsite visit will be terminated immediately**

  7. Everyone must sign the Visitation Book at each onsite appointment.

  8. No more than two visitors may visit an inmate at the scheduled appointment time.

  9. Visitors are to communicate only with the inmate they are there to visit.

  10. One person at a time may visit the inmate, not two together.(Except for juvenile & adult.)

  11. Inmates are to be fully clothed during visits.

  12. Remote visiting is a privilege and may be denied, terminated, and/or suspended for disciplinary reason, misuse, abuse or operational necessity for inmates and/or visitors.

  13. Any and all nudity, drug use, threatening language, gang symbols, or other behavior prohibited by the facility is prohibited during both onsite and offsite visitation.

  14. Remote visiting while driving or riding in a moving vehicle is prohibited and subject to termination and suspension.

  15. Floating tablets are authorized for use within the day room area only. They are not allowed in bunk or bathroom areas.

  16. Allowing other inmates to use your tablet access privilege is prohibited.

  17. The primary designation or 2 tablets is for remote visiting purposes only.

  18. Ear buds are to remain in the stationary visitation tablets

  19. Inmates found in possession of earbuds will have tablet privileges, including video visitation, will be suspended.

  20. Inmates are not to disrupt or join another inmate’s video visit.

 

**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY OR TERMINATE ANY VISIT**

 

**ALL TABLET ACTIVITY AND SESSIONS ARE RECORDED AND MONITORED**

 

**TABLET AND FACILITY RULE VIOLATIONS CAN AND WILL LEAD TO UP TO 30 DAY SUSPENSION AND LOSS OF TABLET USE PRIVILEGES**

 

** TABLET AND FACILITY RULE VIOLATIONS CAN AND WILL LEAD TO INDEFINITE SUSPENSION FOR VISITORS**
