DOG PARK

Gilbert Ford and the Okeechobee Fraternal Order of Police are partnering this Friday, October 19, for Ford’s Drive 4 UR Community event. However, we are not asking for your money, just a few minutes of your time and best of all, you get to test drive a brand new Ford vehicle. For every test-drive taken, Ford Motor Company will donate $20 towards the building of a public dog park and Sheriff's Office K9 training grounds. In total, the community can help raise up to $6,000, an amount that will prove to be beneficial to our mission! This fundraising event is a unique way to obtain some of those necessary funds. The event starts at 7:00 am and ends at 7:00 pm. We will also have free hot dogs from 11-1 for anyone who takes a test drive.

You can help us in two ways: 1) come out the day of the event and take a test drive and 2) tell your family and friends about the event and get them to come out as well.
