Teddy Bears

We’d like to send a BIG thank you to Lisa Newman, owner of Flower Petals, for the beautiful teddy bears she donated to OCSO. Deputies and Detectives will provide the teddy bears to children during traumatic experiences such as a car crash, child or sexual abuse, exposure to dangerous drugs, being present when parents are arrested, involvement in a crash or in any kind of crisis.
