19th Circuit Victims' Rights

Sheriff Noel E. Stephen and St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara (pictured) and other dignitaries from the 19th Circuit, including Indian River and Martin counties, attended the 2018 19th Circuit Victims’ Rights Week luncheon to raise money for victims of crime. Garrard’s Tackle Shop donated all the items for the gift basket that was auctioned off at the event.
