YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION

The palmetto berry season is in full swing again. This is a message to anyone wanting to pick the berries, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPERTY OWNERS’ PERMISSION IN WRITING, YOU ARE TRESPASSING!

It’s legal to pick the berries, BUT those harvesting on private land HAVE TO GET PERMISSION.

If you don’t have written permission, you may be arrested for Trespassing and could face additional charges of Grand Theft.
