ROGER MUNSEY RECOGNIZED

On 4/28/2017 the Okeechobee County Sheriff Noel Stephen proudly recognized Citizen Observer Patrol member Roger Munsey for over 16 years of service within the volunteer unit. During his time with C.O.P., Mr. Munsey has logged in thousands of hours helping the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of Okeechobee County on countless events.
