Sheriff Paul C. May has released the following information:
RE: Missing/Endangered Adult
The Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing/endangered adult. Timothy Lee Russell was reported missing at approximately 1:15 p.m., on January 19, 2011. His mother reported he left their home, on his bicycle(new Huffy, black in color, with chain guard missing), at approximately 1:00 p.m., on January 18, 2011, for an appointment in Okeechobee, however, Mr. Russell never made it to the appointment.
Timothy Lee Russell is a white male, DOB 9/11/64, 5’9“, 180 lbs., gray hair, blue eyes, with a Mickey Mouse tattoo on chest. He was last seen wearing jeans, a smoky gray t-shirt, black slip-on shoes, a purple jacket with gold/yellow sleeves with a Mickey Mouse on left chest pocket area and “Mickey” stitched on the back. Mr. Russell is bi-polar and takes medication however, he has not taken his medication.
