Second degree felony
On April 27, 2013 the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office received a complaint stating that the suspect had pulled a pistol in a threatening manner. Upon the deputy's arrival, Horn accused a female of taking his gun out of his vehicle. He confronted the female and took a large silver revolver out of his waistband and pointed the gun at her. The female signed a waiver of prosecution.
On April29,2013,deputies were dispatched in reference to a shooting. Upon the deputy's arrival, he met with the victim who stated he heard a loud "BANG". A few minutes later he discovered a bullet hole and was able to track the path of the bullet, that stopped in the door of a storage cabinet right above the bed where two small children were sleeping.
Horn was arrested and charged with Shooting Into or Throwing Deadly Missile Into Dwelling, Public or Private Building, Occupied or Unoccupied, a second degree felony.
No one was injured in this case. This case is still under investigation, no further information to be released at this time.
